Getting backup emails when the backup schedules are disabled

So you have disabled scheduled backups however you are still receiving emails that the backup has missed. In this article, we will show you how to disable those emails.

First, log on to the client and click on backup sets

Second, click on the backup set which you want to disable the scheduled emails for.

Third, click on backup schedule and then turn it back on. (Skip this step if it is enabled already)

Fourth, click on the backup schedule jobs and delete them.

Finally, turn off the scheduled backups and save the changes to the backup set.

Now you should not receive any missed backups emails.
