SAFE Backup

Within the Backup Client, you may encounter an error with a missing Username or Password, when trying to navigate the software you may be given an error like the one below:

To solve this problem, click the Backup Set button on the main menu screen.  

Select the Backup Set that is creating the errors.

From here, you will be taken to the General tab. Here it will be display the Windows User Authentication area. Please type in the correct User details.

Once done, click Save.
